Omega Gestión Inversiones remuneration and conflict of interest policy

The Omega Gestión de Inversiones, SGIIC, S.A.("Omega") remuneration policy must be in keeping with the guidelines regarding this matter provided for under Article 46 bis of Law 35/2003 of 4 November on Collective Investment Undertakings (“LIIC”) in accordance with the amendments introduced by Law 22/2014 of 12 November transposing Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on Alternative Investment Fund Manage (the "AIFMD Directive") into Spanish law.
